CANCELLATION POLICY & WEATHER POLICY

A 72-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled parties. Failure to provide at least 72 hours’ notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

In the event of rain, customers are required to provide adequate covering for the chef to cook under so they can remain dry. We are able to cook under tents and patios.

Exceptions may apply for severe weather or other force majeure events.

Notes: If you are unsure of your final headcount , food selections and address like Airbnb at the time of booking, you may update us once finalized, no later than 3 days before your event. Headcount and food orders may be listed as TBA at the time of booking.

Tips for Calculating Protein or Entrée Selections — Easy & Carefree

For example, for a 10-person party, you may choose:

A: Steak & Chicken
B: Steak & Shrimp
C: Chicken & Shrimp
D: Chicken & Salmon

or side order: noodles

…and so on.

Please send us the total number of each entrée selection, for example:
2 steak, 3 chicken, 2 shrimp, 1 salmon, noodles…etc.

Guest names are not required.
Each guest may simply remember their own entrée selection.
